Please be sure to arrive to scheduled appointments on time.
$10 FEE WHEN ARRIVING 15MINS+ AFTER SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME
Additional visitors are not allowed at appointments, this includes children.
WHEN BOOKING WIG CONSTRUCTION, BUNDLE COLOR, OR CUSTOMS
Bundles, Frontals, Closures, and Units need to be brought in at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment.
$30 additional fee for same day / last minute customizations

Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will forfeit deposit and need to reschedule.
