Q. How many hair loss clients have you worked with?
A. Hundreds of clients 80% of my clientele deals with hair loss.

Q. How long does it take to receive a hair system?
A. It totally depends on the client's needs. Custom orders can take up to two weeks to a month. Systems in stock can be purchased and installed same day.

Q. Can alopecia be cured?
A. The extent of hair loss and regrowth varies from person to person. There is currently no cure for alopecia areata. However, there are treatments that may help hair grow back more quickly and they can prevent future hair loss.

Q. what type of hair is used in your systems?
A. We always use 100% human hair. Synthetic hair can be used upon the client's request.

Q. How do I protect my wig from unnecessary where?
A. place it on a stand or manikin head to prevent flattening or the possibility of the system becoming frizzy. It also allows the inside of the prosthesis to air out

Q. What do I do about long-term storage?
A. If you don’t want to wear your system for a while, place it on a thin, put it in a box, and keep it away from heat.

Q. what is involved in caring for my new hair system?
A. There is regular maintenance to be completed your hair replacement system should be shampooed about every 2 to 3 weeks. Your hair system specialist will discuss proper butt brushing and cleansing techniques with you at your appointment.

Q.Is financial assistance available?
A. If you do not qualify for medical coverage or have a financial hardship, payment options are available.

Q. is my hair system covered by my insurance plan?
A. When a cranial prosthesis is needed due to medical-related hair loss, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your health insurance. Most insurance companies will cover from 80% to 100% of cranial prosthesis and will we can bill your insurance company directly.
